Is there a way to relate Spreadsheet to Form and Matrix Dynamic?

    Hi 


    Please see the below screenshot. I would like to populate the cells in the Matrix Dynamic by selecting the book from the Spreadsheet to Form. How can I integrate both. The field names are not separate in matrix Dynamic or am I missing something. 

    I would like to have an option to buy more than 1 book which is useful through Matrix. Populating the value is good through the Spreadsheet to Form. 

    Or is there another way to achieve the above goal.
