She’s really really unhappy and won’t ever use jotform again. She followed a FB link and then had brief flashes of a JotForm screen on FB. Reinstalling fb fixed that. But she opened the email confirmation and now has flashes of that screen when she open Mail. All this on iPad. This is my only report of a problem. Evidently this happened on a previous JotForm that she used of mine but she didn’t report it to me.

May we know what do you mean about flashbacks? Could you please share a screenshot of the issue so we can investigate it further?

Actually, I can’t. She says they come and go so fast you wouldn’t be able to screenshot. She’s very computer savvy otherwise so I believe her. Evidently the flashes are brief pictures of the form that was last on the screen. She is in a very high stress life situation right now so I’m not going to ask her to experiment more , so unless you have heard of this and have an answer, I guess we are just reporting. I haven’t had reports of other problems with people using either of those forms. She had the problem with both. I don’t understand, but she won’t use JotForm again so I guess we’ll never know. Let me know if you have answers though.

Perhaps, she is referring to jotform branding?
Since your account is in FREE plan then you will not be able to remove jotform branding in your forms. The only way to remove them is by upgrading the account to any subscription.
Let us know if you are referring to something else.
