PayPal Pro - DRPRP disabled error

Users report receiving a DRPRP disabled error and black screen when attempting to check out. I'm currently using Paypal Pro and have double checked that the API credentials are correct.

I was able to replicate the issue on my end when I tried making a test submission to your form.

It seems the error is related to your PayPal account. It means that your account's DPRP option is disabled. By contacting with Paypal, you can easily enable this.

You may refer to these articles to know more about PayPal DPRP:

The issue is that there are two types of PayPal Pro:

PayPal Payments Pro allows subscriptions (this is the standard service).

PayPal Website Pro allows recurring payments which utilizes the DPRP option (this is a legacy product).

Subscriptions and recurring payments do the same thing, just different ways. Is there a Jotform integration with PayPal Payments Pro to allow subscriptions rather than PayPal Website Pro?

If not possible, I have a cloned form using PayPal Standard. Can you test and see if this works? https://form.jotform.com/200246286584963

I just checked the cloned form you shared and was able to confirm that it works on my end.

Also, the integration we are using is the PayPal Payments Pro already:

Thank you for checking on the cloned form. I will set that up as the primary check out method.

To clarify according to PayPal's customer support, in order to use the PayPal Pro integration with the subscription feature on Jotform, I would need to have a PayPal Website Pro account rather than a PayPal Payment Pro account. This is an important distinction.

On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome.

Thank you for sharing with us some information about the PayPal Website Pro account and the PayPal Payment Pro account.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
