Can not log in

    I have two jotform account



    I have been trying to swap between 2 accounts and now the system is now allow me to login with the 2nd account. I don't know why

    I have cleared your form caches. Please clear your browser cache and history and try to login again.

    If you wish to swap the account, clear your browser cache first and then try to login with the other account or try to open one account in incognito mode.

    Now I can not login for both of accounts with below error. I am sure I did
    not forgot password.

    I checked both accounts and they're active and in good status.
