Hi team.  I'm trying to use the text editor to embed this external code

    <div style="position: relative; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.25%;"><iframe style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; left: 0;" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" src="https://dubb.com/v/yF04yo/embed?width=auto&height=auto&autoplay=1&no_cta=0&muted=1" width="auto" height="auto" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>

The editor does not seem to accept it.

Are you trying to use iFrame? This does not seem as valid iFrame code for a JotForm form.

In order to obtain the iFrame code, please follow this guide:

    https://eu.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please try to follow the above guide and obtain the correct code for your form and let us know, if this helps.

We will wait for your response.

    I had a similar demand.

Instead of embedding code inside the 'source code' window, you should hit properties button and paste directly within the 'Question Text' box. That's how I came out of this situation.

I hope the JotForm would have logical answers.

    Hello Jonathan,

May we know which website(WIX/Wordpress) do you have? If you could confirm us then we can provide you a way out to past the iFrame link into it.

    Thanks.

I tested your code on the form. I was able to successfully embed it in a Text field. You can see it and test my form from below. Please also feel free to clone my form and use it.

However, please note that not all HTML tags can be added for security reasons. So, most of the HTML code is not required due to security reasons.

In order to upload a video, I would also suggest you to use some of our widgets. I would recommend you the YouTube and the Vimeo widgets. They will allow you to quickly embed any videos into your online forms. So, you can share your videos with your form users with ease.

If you have more questions or need any further assistance, we will be happy to help.
