Can Jotform send email based on user selection?

Hi,

Looking for a form system that will let me generate a "contact us" form that will direct and send an email to a particular team based off certain conditions within the form. The form will be used on a Tablet.

Looking at potentially a radio button to select a Category of requests for people to select from and then depending on the selected radio button, the message will be sent to specified email address (each radio button will likely be different email addresses). Is this possible with your platform and what pricing will i need? We estimate that there will only be 5 responses on this form per day.
