Need help with "Save & Continue later" & populate fields

I need help with this function. Per one of the instruction I found in your Help section, I created 2 forms:

Form 1 - Capture full name and email address of the end user. Once that form is submitted, a link is emailed to them to the 2nd form. In the link I also followed the instructions to populate the fields from Form #1 to Form #2 without success.

Form 2 - Quite lengthy and has several page breaks.

Issue #1 - I can't populate the fields captured on Form #1 to Form #2

Issue #2 - Once I close Form #2, my progress is not saved.

I'm sorry for the rush but I need this resolved by this Saturday.

To redirect the user to another form, and auto-populate the second form with the previous form's data. Please see the guide below.

To enable auto-save on your form you have to enable the Continue Forms later in your form SETTINGS.
