Using my own domain/Creating a CNAME

    I have a Budget account which is sufficient for our needs as we don't have a lot of form traffic. The form builder has always been great, but I see it also has been greatly improved over the time we've had the account.

    The pricing table shows all accounts other than the free one as "No Branding", however your help pages say that you can only use your own domain with an Enterprise account.

    Can you confirm or explain what "No Branding" means?

    "No Branding" means that there will be no JotForm labels at the bottom of the form and on the Thank you page. Basically, it will not show "Powered by JotForm" on your forms.

    However, if you want to use your own domain, you will need JotForm Enterprise. You can read more about it here:
