PDF Attachment Size Limit - Not working all of a sudden in auto response

We have had a form opened for a couple months now. A customer recently let us know the packet wasn't attached to auto email after they register for our event. We've looked at everything on the backend and the packet is still attached and in the response email. So we can't figure out why it isn't attaching all of the sudden.

Can you help us out here? Any reason why the packet isn't attaching?

To which form is the issue related to? Please provide us a form URL.

Where to Find My Form URL?

Also, please tell us if the issue is related to PDF Attachment or Attach a File option.

Please note that we recently change the total size of the attachments in the Email Alerts. The old limit was 15MB and the new limit is 5 MB.

If the limit is exceeded the files will not be attached. Most likely this is the reason your users not receiving the attachments.

Issue is with the "attach a file" option. Was that information stated anywhere? I don't see an email with that 15 - 5 change?

What are the options to attach something greater than 5MB?

    Hello Carsen,

Our sincere apologies here! We are yet to notify our users regarding change in attachment limits.

Please reduce the file size. That's the workaround in this situation.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have additional questions.
