Form still over quota, even after we contacted jotform support

    My manager (mcoates@monarchindustries.com) posted about getting an error due to being over submission quota, when we are not, yesterday evening. 

    We got a response last night saying an employee in the jotform support department refreshed our monthly submissions on their end. Please try logging out and back again to check if the issue persists. 

    We logged in and out and the issue is persisting. We need additional assistance.
