Why my coupon code is not working?

I tried on laptop , the coupon works, but not on my phone, everyone else is finding that it does not work on phone. This is urgent, as most people are finding my pages on a phone

Thanks for the suggestion, but now the problem is even worse, the form ends
halfway down with none of the class choices or prices showing!
