How can I have a field become the title of each form submitted

I want to have clients fill out a form, and upon entering text in a field such as: Event Name, that such an entry automatically becomes that forms title once submitted.

Unfortunately, the form's title cannot be changed dynamically. However, I feel that you are referring to something else.

Would you want the field's value to be the email's subject? The PDF file's header? Inbox header? Kindly elaborate and share a screenshot where exactly would you like the field's value be placed.

I will peruse past form submissions, perhaps searching for one in
particular. To find the one I'm looking for I assume I'll be looking at a
list of past submissions that have titles of some kind. Is there a way to
control how those titles are formed, say if I want them to be titled by an
entry in one of the forms boxes. That help?

Thank you for the detailed info!

We will recommend setting up 'event name' (field's value) to be the subject of the submission email. It would thus be great comfort to search for a specific information in list of the past submissions. I have a screencast demonstration showing how to set that up, below :-
