Hi,
I upgraded my account (Larabriden) to Bronze a few weeks ago. A few days after I upgraded, I requested to cancel my account according to your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
I sent an email to support@jotform.com on the 15th of Feb, and then again 19th of Feb, but have had no reply.
Can you please confirm this cancellation and refund to my PayPal?

I see you're on the Bronze yearly subscription I-5X30G8KXXBXK.
Kindly cancel the subscription in PayPal by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Once cancelled, let us know at this thread so that we can process the full refund and downgrade your account back to free.
May we know the reason why would you like to downgrade the subscription?
Did you find any issues with your form? Do you need help with your form creation?

I actually love your product. My reason for cancelling is that it's just
too expensive for what I need. Going forward, I'm really only going to need
a couple of form submissions per week. You don't have a cheaper, PAYG
option, do you?

Unfortunately we don't have any promos at the moment. You can upgrade for a month if you need to boost your form limits then downgrade back to free.
If you want to get the refund, kindly process the cancellation in PayPal by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Once cancelled, contact us at this thread so that we can process it.

Please issue the refund and then I will try your advice to buy just one
month at a time as I need it. (I didn't think of that as an option.)

I have already canceled your subscription for your account Larabriden, I also issued a refund for the last payment, it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
