Payment form not working

    The payment form is not working. See screenshot attached below. 

    When our members fill in their credit card details the get the message:

    "! Please fill up the credit card detials"

    URGENT please resolve this issue ASAP

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/83307449025860 and it's configured with Stripe properly.

    It's possible that you've entered an invalid credit card? For Stripe, an invalid credit card is normally changed to red text. Could you please try it again?

    I tried it on a cloned version of your form and it's working fine.

    Hi Elton,

    No it is unlikely it is a wrong credit card as we had multiple people with the same issue yesterday.

    May we know the browser in which the user was experiencing this issue? Are you able to replicate the issue in the direct link of the form or it is specific to the website?

    Have you removed the form from your website?

    Could you please re-embed the form using the iFrame code. Currently, I see that you have a form embedded using the script method.
