Submissions are failing :-(

    Hey there,

    according to two (allegedly more...) prospects, they filled out my form within the last two days and expected me to have their data ready when getting in contact.

    Unfortunately, that was not the case as none of their inputs reached us. Please help use find and fix that bug(s), it's crucial for our business!

    Are you having this issue only with the form emails? We can see that there were two entries submitted on 03-Mar-2020. These submissions should be viewable via the submissions page.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for the quick response.

    Nope, the first entry (ff@sesz.de) was from myself after the following customer had called us and telling that submissions are not working.

    It only worked after my test entry which must have worked by coincidence.

    There were at least two more people (fortunately, those two called our hotline) trying two register on our website. Maybe, it’s a hack?

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

    I can see that yesterday there were some Jotform slowness issues reported which have been already fixed, but there were no server-related issues reported on 03-Mar-2020.

    After successful submission, the user is supposed to receive a thank you page:

    In case some errors received instead of the thank you page, we would appreciate the full error messages. So if you receive more reports, please get back to us.

    Also, you may submit one more test entry to make sure that the form is working properly now. I tested a cloned version of your form and it worked great.
