When I clone form, it is missing fields....

    I have had the first form for a while, and clone it each time I have a new employee... however, now it does not clone all fields and says some are not able to be used?

    When I try to open the provided link, I get a message that the form is removed. Have you tried to copy a form again? Did you have the same problem? Can you please let us know what fields are not copied? Please make sure you provide us with the link to a new form.
