Disproportioned grid in the Submissions page

    See the attached screenshot.

When I view my form submissions, they seem to appear SOMETIMES IN GROUPS (see rectangles A and B) and sometimes as a SINGLE ENTRY WITH A LARGE GAP from one submission to the next (see areas 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Is this intentional ... and if so, what is the purpose of these large gaps?

Is it possible to have ALL the submissions grouped like they appear in rectangles A and B??  If so, how can I achieve that (ie every submission on its own line but no large gaps between any submissions)

    Thank you

As checked, there are entries that have (PayPal) payment submissions in it which causes the large gaps on each row:

Some of your entries do not have payment submissions in it so they occupy less space on the grid.

    Aaah ha!!!  Thank you
    Well that makes sense now.

Users have the option of paying online with PayPal ... or ... at the sign-in desk on the day of the event. So that explains why some are grouped together and others have the space.

In your screenshot above, you are showing the PayPal transaction.
I'm just seeing the large blank space. Is that intentional (and you just dropped in a payment to show me) ... or should I be able to see that too?

I DO see that detail in the email notification that I received after some-one submits a form and pays with PayPal.

Just trying to get it 100% right in my head.

    Thanks for your help

Please note that if you are seeing a blank space, that means the payment product is not selected and no payment was received. Your form field "Pay Now - PayPal" will be blank if no payment was received.

I would suggest you to please share a screenshot where you see blank space and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

We will wait for your response.

That information explains the blank - I'm still testing the form and am using a Sandbox PayPal account, which of course involves no actual payment.

Your reply confirms what I should expect to see when PayPal goes "live and active" and that it very valuable information for me ... so thank you!
