After customers have used my Jotform payment form, how do I receive the actual payment?

    If this is the form you're working on: PayPal Pro Payment Form, I can see that you are using Paypal Pro integration. However, it seems you haven't added your Paypal credentials yet.

    You need to have a Premier/Business Paypal account to use this integration.

    Now, once you successfully configured the integration and user made a payment, you shall receive it directly to your Paypal account.
