Over Quota

    Hi there, 

    May I enquire the issue of the Over Quota of 2 forms in my account despite I have cleared all old submissions?

    Hello @mash1995!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    After checking your account, I have found that you are not currently over quota on submissions or any of your other usage limits. When I attempt to view your forms, I am able to open them successfully.

    I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache to remove any cached data that may still be counting your submission totals. Please do let us know if you are now able to access your forms.
