What is a form submission?

I recently discovered JotForm thanks to other veterinary managers in my network and am thoroughly in love with it.

I looked in the FAQ and forums (briefly, admittedly). I realize we are going to need to upgrade and I'm trying to decide which tier would make the most sense for us. As I make this decision, will you please define form submission? I see that we have done 3. What does that mean? We are a small, busyish veterinary clinic and the forms are mostly for admits and gathering new client/patient info.

What counts as a form view?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi @lovethepearl

I'm happy to hear that you are enjoying JotForm.

Each time a client fills your form and clicks on the submit button, thus recording the information and sending it to you, it counts as a form submission.

You must have in mind how many times a month you will have people filling out your form, so you will be able to choose which tier best fits your needs.
