How do I build an approval workflow?

I know this has been asked before - but there does not seem to be an answer....

Here is what I am trying to achieve:

    1. User completes form and digitally signs it (all working) FORM1

    2. Completed FORM1 (in PDF) needs to be forwarded onto manager for signoff NEW FORM

What I am trying to do is embed the COMPLETE FORM1 into NEW FORM so manager can review and digitally signoff.

Using email notification send a link manager of a COMPLETE FORM1 and allow the to approve or decline and digitally signoff.

Ideal this will then get forwarded onto the next person for digital signoff.

Do you want to get the signatures in the PDF generated once the form1 is filled by the user? Unfortunately, you cannot get the signatures in the PDF.

You can build the workflow in such a way that each time the online form is sent for further review and if you want you can generate a PDF report in each step(user, manager,..)
