Form analytics: Adding option to see after which question users closed the form in Card forms

Hello,

I have a multi-step form set up on JotForm (ie. "single question per page"). I would like to measure drop-off at each step of the form, to get more granular metrics than coarse "conversion rate" metric available in the "Form analytics" tab. 

My understanding is that the only way to do this is via the Formisimo integration. Is this still feasible? The details in this blog post seem really dated, and I can't find the necessary UI in Formisimo (now called Zuko): https://www.jotform.com/blog/formisimo-integration/

If Formisimo isn't an option, is there an alternative here? Google Analytics doesn't work since each step of the form has the same URL, so GA treats everything as a single page.

To my understanding, you would like to track the conversion rate of each page on the form. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but I'm afraid that it would not be possible. We have the Google Analytics widget that you can use, which tracks the form submission conversion rate. 

With regards to Formisimo, we have an available integration.

Hi Mike, thanks for your email. I don't see Formisimo under the Integrations tab, even when I search for it. Any idea why that would be? Is it possible it's related to my having a HIPAA-compliant account? Thanks.

Yes, you are right. Formisimo is not available for HIPAA enabled accounts.

If you are asking if it can generate a conversion rate per page, I'm afraid that it would not. It refers to the number of form access converted into form submissions.
