Why are we getting duplicate orders?

    We are getting duplicate orders.  We have gotten orders from customers that are duplicated either from a previous weeks order or current weeks order.  This particular customers order was an order from 2020-05-15 17:01:02.  She received an email confirmation of the order last night and reached out to me to let me know that she did not order this week.  There have been several others that I have deleted.  We are getting the same orders 4-5 times with some customers.  Please advise.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed the mentioned form and I noted that it is indeed possible for the user/responder to submit the form multiple times.

    If you want to prevent multiple submission of the form from the same user, you can use the Unique Submission Limit feature of the form.

    If I do that, will the customer be able to order again the next week?

    Would that mean, that John Doe for example could place an order today, and then he would not be able to place an order 7 days from now?  Or does that mean that he could not submit the same order for today twice?  I want to make sure that customers can order weekly on the same order form.  Thank you!

    No, John Doe (example) won't be able to submit again unless he uses a different computer or device which depends on the option you choose in the Unique Submission.
