Appointment field for calendar report and Google Calendar

    I am having problems with Google Calendar. I have saved a basic calendar and got an appropriate google account. I am totally lost.

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    I have checked your form, and you have both appointment and the calendar field. You only need one.

    With the appointment field, your users can select a date and a time when they wish to meet. You are able to set the duration of each appointment and timeframe when your users can make appointments. 

    With the appointment field, two users won't be able to make the appointment on the same day, unless you allow it from the field settings. You can click here to learn more about this.

    To connect the field with the calendar, you need to go to form Settings, select Integrations from the left menu, search for Google Calendar, and select it:

    You will be asked to Authenticate and when you do, you first need to select your calendar where the new events will be created.

    You can select a previously added Appointment field as the Start time. If you only have this one field in your form, this will be selected automatically.

    You won't be able to select End time / Duration, since the Appointment field already have that saved, and it will load it from the field.

    Other fields in integration (Title, Location, and Description) are optional. You can leave them empty, you can write something from the integration, or you can select a field from your form. If you choose latter, then the field from integration will be populated from the value user has entered.

    Finally, you need to save the changes, and each time someone submits your form, a new event will be created automatically.

    Thanks for your help.

    I have removed the second date and Time fields from my form. I now have only the Appointment field and Name on form.

    I have put in test submissions but I cannot find the report calendar. I have found submissions, but report next to submissions is blank and I keep ending up in pdf reporting!

    To use the calendar report, you need to have a calendar picker in it. If you wish, we can post a feature request to our developers to use the Calendar report with the Appointment field.

    Thank you! At long last somebody has realised what I am on about! This has been doing my head in!

    Yes please post a feature request to your developers to use the Calendar report with the Appointment field.

    This is what I have been searching for. The Appointment Form is brilliant, but why did nobody go the next step to have a Calendar report, which it is crying out for.
