Why am I not receiving a notification email when someone fills out my form?

    I have set it up for myself and 2 other people to receive a notification email when someone fills out the 2020 Women's Fall Retreats on the Lake form. None of the 3 email addresses are receiving a notification when someone fills out the form. I thought I had it set up the same as my other forms, but this one doesn't seem to be working. Can you help me figure out what I've done wrong?

    Can you please try creating a new notification email and test your form again?

    I went back in and triple checked to make sure I had all of the email address in correctly and they were all correct. I deleted them and reentered them then I filled out the form and submitted it and we all received the notification email. Thank you for your help.

    Someone else has now filled out our form and none of the 3 address received the notification. What do I need to do to resolve this? Below is a link to my form:

    Hi Angela,

    Please try this workaround.

    1. Create four notification email

    2. Add the email address for each notification email

    In short, try to separate the email addresses and see if the issue still persists.
