Kiosk Mode: auto reset form

    Is there a way to have may form reset after someone fills it out, so it can be ready for the next person? I see that I can set it up to do that in kiosk mode from the mobile app but I have it running on a computer in our office that will not download the mobile app. At this point I have to make sure that I hit the back button after every person....that is not idea,especially when we get busy.

    Greetings,

    You are right, Kiosk Mode is available on Mobile Form when using the Jotform Mobile App. 

    Alternatively, you can set up your form to work in Kiosk Mode way using computer version as well. To do that, you simply need to set a custom thank you page that redirects back to your form URL after submission:

    I have followed these instructions but the form is not redirecting....it goes to the Thank You page and counts down but then just gives me "page cant be found" error. I am not a programmer so there may be something simple I am missing. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Please kindly note that you need to upload that HTML file to your server and put there link to that file:

    Currently, that link refers to the location of your file in your computer, thus Jotform can't access it. If you don't have access to any file server to upload it, you can somehow share that HTML file to me and I will upload and generate link for you.

    Otherwise, you can simply put there form URL (link) and it will make redirection to itself once submitted.
