Mail chimp intergration

Hello,

I am trying to connect Jot Form with Mail Chimp. It is not allowing me to add email and name to the required parts. Do I need a paid version of Jot Form to intergrate with Mail Chimp? It also won't let me save it.

I can see that the MailChimp Integration is working fine from my end and I am able to integrate and map the field correctly:

After form submission, I was also able to receive the updates in Mailchimp.
