    Thank you for your message.

    You can cancel the subscription or stop the automatically charges please go to https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing and click on Downgrade under the Free Plan:

    After confirming the subscription cancellation, the subscription will no longer be billed on the Next Billing Date.

    The subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter/FREE plan on the date of its subscription expiration.
