How to Add a "Restart" on Form's Thank You Page?

I want to add a buton that says: start form again

on thank you page

and it will start fresh from 0

its because a same person is doing the form for others

It is possible to add a link to the Thank you page. Please take a look at the images below to add a link to the Thank you page.

After selecting the hyperlink option add the URL and the text you would like to display for the person to click.

As you see above the link will appear for the user to click and it should redirect the person filling the form to the link you added for him to fill the form again.

It seems like you're using a Card Form layout. The option mentioned above by my colleague is only available on Classic Form layout.

The following guide shows how to edit the Thank You Page on a Card Form layout.

To add a link, highlight the text you want to add a link to, and click on the chain icon.

You can add your form's URL here, this will simulate a "form restart" when a user click on the link.
