Email problem

    Hello, I have a new Jotform named Cancun 2020 and I'm not receiving email for incomplete submissions. I do receive them for all other forms. Can you tell me why?

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking your account, I found one form titled Clone of Cancun 2020 and it seems that there are no submissions made to the form yet. However, if you would like to receive emails for the incomplete payment submissions, you will need to configure the settings of your payment integration. You can use the following user guide to assist you in setting up the incomplete emails: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email

    You can also check your submissions page to view the incomplete payments and submissions. Here is a very helpful user guide to assist you with your incomplete submissions: How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
