Form looks different in the builder and in preview

There are several fields in this form that did not come out as it showing in the 'build' area. For example on every page, there is a section saying "Attach the photos as instructed" - this is made using the 'header' element, and after this, there are fields to insert photos.

Many-a-times, the photo field has become the header.

On page 8, titled 'Course recorder', there are many errors between the Build view and the final form.

Please tell me why such errors may happen, because I have to create many such forms and if there is something I am doing wrong, I must know about it.

I have checked your form, and all headers are looking the same in the builder and in live form.

On the 8th page, the only difference I am able to notice is in the upload buttons. If the option for multiple uploads is disabled, the button will be displayed as a regular button. If you enable the multiple file upload, a different button will be shown.
