    Hi! Technically you can embed some HTML tags into your Email Body. But most of the email clients out there will strip the Form scripts and make the Submit button unusable. Also, the form styles would be removed which will make everything look ugly. Also, many of your Form Fields won't work. Your users will see something like the following image:

    I'll highly recommend you not to do this. There is also a good chance of your email address being blacklisted by these email service providers.

    You can make use of the clean and well-supported method of asking users to fill your Form via a link in the Email.
