How to update the form name?

Hi - I changed the name of this form but, when I share the link, the original name shows up.  How can I fix this?  Thanks.

I did ALL of those things and it still shows the original title.  Help please.

It seems like you're sharing the link using Facebook Messenger, please confirm. 

Facebook saves the data from shared links and it is used when the same link is shared again, this helps them to avoid loading the data every time from the link so instead, they use the saved data on their end. They have a tool to update the sharing data, you can access it on this link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug 

I also updated it, but you can do it on your end if you want to make sure about it, once you have done this, share the link again and see if the new data is showing up.
