    When I upgrade and pay $19/month, what is your cancellation policy?

    Hello Valerie - if for any reason you decide you want to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment, we can issue a full refund. To do so, just contact us here and indicate the request. 

    All our plans are subject to auto-renewal, so if you want to cancel the plan and downgrade the account back to FREE on the next billing, you should do it a day before the next billing date.

    For example, you upgraded today and you plan to use the paid version in one month, you have to cancel it before July 5th, 2020 (next billing date).
