Customers getting in complete values error after form is submitted

I have made a clone of a form because it keep crashing and it is doing it again on the original and the clone. Can you please help?

Can you please let us know if this field is marked as required? If it is, can you please try to un-require it, try to submit it, and let us know if the problem is still present. Then please try to make it as required again.
