How do I create sub-products in the order form?

I will like to create a product form but in the description, I would like to add a list of items.

I would like it not to be in paragraph form but list form.

Like below

1. Shoe

1. Box 

1. Makeup

Is there a way to show a product as sold out. For instance I only have two
items in stock after the second purchase is made how it shows sold out?

In that case, you have to configure the products outside the payment field in the Inventory widget:

Pass the total to the payment field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field 

In the Inventory widget, the product would be disabled once the limit you have configured is exhausted.
