Multiple Submissions

    I am writing for the 3rd time now. All my settings have been changed and yet I stillrstill multiple submissions constantly. This can not be an error on my end, or my clients. Something needs to be done about this.

    Happy to help you today,

    This usually happens when a user refreshes the thank you page after submitting a form or in case if they close and open the browser, the submission page gets submitted again.


    You can do one of the following to fix the issue:

    - Best solution to solve this issue is to add a Captcha field:

    - Redirecting to a custom thank you page on your website should also fix the issue.

    - Enable Unique Submission, this limits submissions based on IP address or browser cookie
