Submissions are deleted from forms

Hello,

I want to know have you guys started automatically deleting submissions if the form has not been used for so many day's?

Example, 2 of my students who hasn't taken classes in a while I see zero submissions listed. One of my students took classes for 2 years and I use the forms as a data base of past classes.

I don't recall being emailed that you guys would automatically delete old submissions. I would have liked to have known this before so I could have download the full pdf past submissions before auto-delete.

Hello @ccahenley - We do not delete submissions on forms, especially on a paid account.

However, I can see that your account has been downgraded to FREE last April 11th. Note that a FREE account can only store up to 500 submissions. This makes the older (over-quoted) submissions to be removed to make way for the new ones.

I tried restoring the overquoted submissions now. Please try checking them again on your forms. I suggest give it about 2-3 mins to propagate the forms, log out, then log in again to check.
