    Good day,

I'm building a visitor registration form and would like to have a drop down list that is called "Person visiting".  When they user clicks on the dropdown list, I would like to have all the staff in my organization listed in the dropdown.

Is there a way to get this dropdown list to populate from a database that we have internally and update often?

    thank you

Hi there - Unfortunately, loading data to a dropdown from an external source is not possible.

You can, however, embed your form with the Full Source Code and then add a custom script that will pull the data from your database. Here's an external guide that could help to achieve it.

The closest we have is Spreadsheet to Form widget that can pre-populate a form with the values from your uploaded spreadsheet.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
