Form Templates: different form template is created from the choice selected

    I just signed up for your service. I have tried three times now to choose a template from the choices in your templates. I am choosing the Red Contact Us form, but every time I choose it, it brings me to the Fancy Envelope form to fill in.

    To clarify, you have followed this guide in adding a template form but a different template is created?

    I have tried checking for the template however, I can't seem to find it.

    May we know if you have tried another template however, the fancy enveloper contact form template is still selected?

    If possible, kindly share a screenshot of the template?

    I search for Contact Forms, click there, scroll down, choose the one with
    the Red Banner that says Contact Us, click it to begin filling in the
    information, but what loads is Fancy Envelope. I've tried it three times

    It seems you're referring to the template https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/responsive-contact-us-form

    I have tested the to use the template and replicated the issue.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    Once updates are available, you will be notified in this ticket.


    For the time being, I would suggest cloning the form instead.
