Is it possible to convert orders to an Excel document?

Hello - I'm considering utilizing Jotform for my cafe meals to go program.  

Question - Is it possible to convert orders to an Excel document for the purpose of consolidating orders and creating a production sheet?

You can export the whole form submissions into an excel file. You have the following options:

Unfortunately, you cannot export an excel file for each of the submissions. You can, however, get a PDF document.
