    Hi!

Your form builder is great and very versatile. I use it as order form and we have a very complicated order, so I am very grateful that your form builder is able to cope with it.

I have one question: when a person finishes one submission and before entering delivery information, I would like to add another round of questions for another submission. If I use conditional logic "Skip to a page" then the first round of answers gets overrun and I receive only one round of questions.

The only solution I could find was that I insert link to the form to a Thank you page. But this means that the customer would have to insert all information all over again. I would just like them to fill again a part of questions. So, how do I do that?

    Kind regards!
    Katja

    Greetings Katja.

    Thank you for your message.

We are happy to hear you enjoy using JotForm.

You can modify the link from the Thank you page so it contains the information from the form. So when the link is clicked, the fields will be automatically filled. You can click here to see how to create a URL with the form data.

The next solution will be to add a Configurable list widget to your form. With this widget, you will be able to predefine fields, and users are able to click Add more button to add a new row. If they like, they would also be able to remove the rows. You can click here to see how to set it up.

The final solution will be to add the same fields multiple times and after each set of questions to ask Do you wish to add another? If the user replies positively, the form will proceed to the next question. Otherwise, you can set a condition which will skip all the related questions. This solution has a limit since there can be only a predefined number of answers. With the Configurable list, your users can add as many rows as you allow them from the widget settings.

I have created a sample form with the options from above:

Feel free to submit it to see the link, and to clone it to your account to see conditions. You can click here to see how to clone a form.
