    Yes so i had the white boxes that the text is in more transparent so that
    the background was more visible.

    And i guess smaller like they are in the clip you sent. I am doing it on a
    mobile device but it said it would be interchangeable whether it be PC,
    iOS, Android....

    And also, I had a client fill out the form and she submitted it but I never
    received the submission and cannot find it. My client is very displeased
    which makes me very stressed out. I have an A+ rating with the BBB and I
    trusted this program to come through. If you can somehow find that I need
    it please.

    Thanks for the additional information. Though our forms are mobile-responsive, some internet Browsers have their own style to display a form.

    For example, Google recently updated the looks of the forms fields viewed via their browser. Making them a bit different from other browsers such as Safari, Opera, Firefox.
