Why is my form different when clients open it than when I made it?

which makes me very stressed out. I have an A+ rating with the BBB and I
trusted this program to come through. If you can somehow find that I need

Thanks for the additional information. Though our forms are mobile-responsive, some internet Browsers have their own style to display a form.
For example, Google recently updated the looks of the forms fields viewed via their browser. Making them a bit different from other browsers such as Safari, Opera, Firefox.
