When an order is placed it is telling quantities, but no name of product

a customer will order and it shows all their info and amounts but I do not know what inventory they choose 

Does this happen for all the submissions you receive? I have reviewed recent submissions to your form and the product name and quantity are included on your form submission page.

Can you please tell us where you are experiencing this issue? It would be nice if you could give us a screenshot so we could give you a solution or fix for it on our next response.
