Form not submitting.

The form "Weekly Progress Tracker" is not submitting. Several clients have tried to submit the form and it's not going through. Please advise.

I just tested your form and I was able to submit.

Can you please confirm if they are using the form url? If not, please share the website url where the form is embedded so we can test.

Please also provide us with more details like if they are getting errors, stuck on please wait, etc..
