Reply an email with a pdf file

    It used to reply the email with a pdf file but i cant make it anymore

    Hi there, @brizzios!

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    You can send an email with a pdf, In order to do that you have to setup email notification. here is a guide for Setting Up an Email Notification.

    Under email tab, add the PDF link to your email.

    Once you have followed the above, check the option to attach PDF under ADVANCED tab.
