I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to the number of forms limit in your account? If so, please note that the free accounts are limited to 5 forms in the account. Please see the following guide that can help you with more information on account usage and limits.

    Thank you!

Yes, that is what I am asking. What happens if you go over the allotted amount of forms? For instance, if I am a 'Silver' member, the amount of forms allowed would be 100. What if I create 105 or will it not allow me to go over?

Also, does this amount include disabled forms?

It is not possible to create more than the limit allowed for any subscription. However, you may disable or archive the existing forms so that you should be able to create new forms in the account.

    Thanks!

If you have sub accounts, does this increase the amount of forms your account can have?

No, the limits remain the same and it's only possible to increase this by upgrading the account, sub-accounts are actually meant to share forms and data between accounts, if you're a sub-user the main account can share the forms/data with you, if you're a main user, then you can share your forms/data with sub-users.
