3.  Are there any places we would be able to see any errors that may have occured during submission?  We do have "Save and continue" enabled, but not everyone uses it.

Errors will only appear before submission and will prevent form from being submitted. That's currently how the validation works, if there are errors, the form won't be submitted and error needs to be rectified first.

Once it got submitted, all data that comes with that submission will be forwarded to your submissions page.
