I did check your account and found that you have active silver monthly subscription plan which was paid through your PayPal account.
Please note that because of PayPal limitation, we cannot change your account username. Your PayPal subscription needs to be cancelled before we can change your account username. Apologies as we forgot to mention that we only accept alphanumeric characters and underscore on usernames. Thus, we can't change your username to Tom.Costa.
Would you like to change it to TomCosta or Tom_Costa instead?
We'll be waiting for your reply.

Unfortunately, TomCosta is already taken, as such, I went ahead and changed your username from sabrina.costi to Tom_Costa.
Please note that if you were using a Custom URL, you will have to recreate them to use the new username.
