I am getting the following order after submitting payment info (below).    I have double checked my payment info and it is correct. What is the problem here?

Also, how many donations can be collected using this free form on a website?

For the free plan, you can only collect 10 payment submissions per month. Donation is also counted as payment. The submissions limit can be reviewed on our pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.
